Sign-Ups (Acquisition) — YTD sum of ACQ.signupWeekly[].v (server-side signup_completed_server event, weekly). Target: 83,800/year.

KYC Submissions (Acquisition) — YTD sum of ACQ.kycWeekly[].totalSub, sourced from the KYC Google Sheet. Target: 30,200/year.

Sign-up → Submission (Acquisition, rate) — sum(kycWeekly.totalSub) ÷ sum(signupWeekly.v), summed only through W24 (2026-06-14) — frozen there because signup_completed_server (the denominator) has returned 0 since the 2026-06-18 analytics-worker outage. Target: 55%.
