Sign-Ups (Acquisition) — YTD sum of ACQ.signupWeekly[].v (server-side signup_completed_server event, weekly). Target: 83,800/year.

KYC Submissions (Acquisition) — YTD sum of ACQ.kycWeekly[].totalSub, sourced from the KYC Google Sheet. Target: 30,200/year.

Sign-up → Submission (Acquisition, rate) — sum(kycWeekly.totalSub) ÷ sum(signupWeekly.v), both restricted to the same week range (W13–W24; kycWeekly has no data before W13) and frozen at W24 (2026-06-14) because signup_completed_server (the denominator) has returned 0 since the 2026-06-18 analytics-worker outage. Target: 55%.

Submission → Approved (Acquisition, rate) — sum(kycWeekly.totalPass) ÷ sum(kycWeekly.totalSub), full current YTD (not frozen) — both sides come from the KYC Google Sheet, unaffected by the Amplitude outage. No target set (not directly owned by this team).

Signup → Deposit (Activation, rate) — sum(ACT.trend.dep) ÷ sum(signupWeekly.v), summed only through W24 — frozen for the same outage reason (both first_deposit_completed_server and signup_completed_server affected). Target: 10.2%.

Deposit Events (Engagement) — YTD sum of ENG.depositsWeekly[].v (deposit_completed_server, weekly totals). Target: 425,000/year. Shown greyed-out (server-outage styling) since this event has returned 0 since 2026-06-18.
